Job summary

Seedtag in Madrid is seeking a Junior Product Manager, In-App, to help launch and grow our new in-app advertising offering. You’ll join the Demand Side Product team, work from discovery to launch, and be mentored by a senior product group on product management and adtech.

You should be curious, hands-on, able to prototype with code or AI tools, and capable of translating customer needs into a roadmap. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on builder with code or AI experience (side project, prototype, app, or automation).
• Curious and technically capable, able to work directly with engineers.
• 1–3 years in product, engineering, data, business analysis, consulting, or a strong graduate profile.
• Interest in apps and advertising; experience in adtech/martech is a plus.
• Clear communicator in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build deep expertise in the in-app advertising ecosystem: SDKs, supply paths, formats, buying platforms and measurement.
• Define, build and ship In-app features: ad formats, targeting, monetisation, campaign delivery, performance and UX.
• Improve experience for advertisers, publishers and users.
• Write product specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise features based on customer value, business impact and feasibility.
• Build prototypes and internal tools using code and AI to test ideas quickly.
• Collaborate with sales, ad ops, clients, publishers and partners to translate needs into the roadmap.
• Follow mobile advertising market trends and standards; analyze competitors.
• Define and track KPIs, analyze performance, run A/B tests.
• Support launches end to end: testing, rollout, post-launch analysis, demos and trainings.
