We’re looking for a Junior Solutions Engineer to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge

• Take full ownership of our global supply sources, ensuring stability, scalability, and optimal performance across SSPs.
• Collaborate with local teams and cross-market stakeholders to improve yield and monetization strategies for our inventory.
• Monitor and analyze upper-funnel metrics (fill rate, bid requests, win rate) to detect anomalies and implement real-time solutions.
• Manage relationships with premium publishers and editorial groups worldwide, aligning supply-side priorities with advertiser demand.
• Ensure seamless connections between our SSPs and buyers on key DSPs, optimizing deal structures, floor prices, and ad quality.
• Leverage data and reporting tools to guide decision-making, testing new formats, placements, and integrations.
• Act as a programmatic expert, proposing scalable improvements in supply chain efficiency and revenue performance.
• Bring a creative, analytical mindset to uncover new opportunities in the dynamic world of contextual and cookieless advertising.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Have a relevant degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics or an analytics related field.
• Have coding knowledge and a solid understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
• Have 1 year of work experience, ideally in digital advertising or programmatic media.
• Have full proficiency in Spanish and a good level of English.
• Are energetic, proactive and eager to work in a dynamic environment.
• Are a real team player with good communication and cooperation skills.

It would be a big plus if you:

• Have previous experience in a startup or have a background in consulting.
• Have knowledge of JavaScript or HTML.
