Neture Impact, a spin-off from The Cocktail, offers a graduate internship in sustainability consulting in Madrid. You will join a fast-paced team to tackle pressing environmental challenges and translate them into actionable strategies for clients, guiding them toward a greener future.

In your day-to-day you will participate in end-to-end projects across industries, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including UX, UI, Brand, Data, and Technology, and develop your analytical skills while

Formación

• Finishing or recently finished studies in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• Strong interest and knowledge in sustainability.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2).

Responsabilidades

• Participate in sustainability projects from inception to completion.
• Identify environmental challenges and learn client operations to address sustainability needs.
• Collaborate with UX, UI, Brand, Data, and Technology teams.
• Develop analytical skills and create actionable insights for clients.
• Document findings and recommendations in graphic and written formats.
• Enhance verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Specifically, someone who can understand the pressing challenges of sustainability and translate them into actionable strategies for our clients, guiding them toward a greener future. Our sustainability consulting team engages in end-to-end projects across various industries (retail, travel, financial services, energy…) from a perspective that is committed to positive environmental and societal impact.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is finishing or has recently finished their studies in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or any related field.
• Knowledge in environmental law is a plus
• Is able to commit to a full-time internship.
• Is proficient in English (level C1 or C2).
• Is passionate about sustainability and eager to make a difference.

In your day to day you will:

• Participate in sustainability projects from inception to completion.
• Support the team in identifying environmental challenges and immerse yourself in the daily operations of our clients to better understand their organizational and process-driven sustainability needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, working closely with colleagues from UX, UI, Brand, Data, and Technology.
• Develop your analytical skills, creating impactful insights for our clients.
• Document your findings and recommendations in both graphic and written formats.
• Enhance your verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
