TAPTAP Peru in Madrid is offering an Internship – Junior Business Solutions Specialist. This paid 6-month internship provides hands-on experience in digital advertising, working with our Business Solutions Team to design and develop client solutions using our core product capabilities.

You will support project design, client management, and testing new products, collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
• Experience in digital advertising and marketing is a plus.
• Experience in sales and client management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in digital marketing and programmatic advertising.
• Advanced English (C2) required.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint; knowledge of design tools will be an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in project & solution designing and execution for our clients: design conceptual solutions, develop client projects, pitch and present business solutions, evaluate improvements for delivery and client satisfaction, encourage creativity and risk-taking.
• Support Partnership Management: work with the sales team to build relationships with top clients and partners, design resources to increase engagement with clients.
• Help test new products and solutions, provide recommendations based on market experience and client feedback.

Short Job Description: This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in the digital advertising sector and work with professionals in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. We are looking for candidates who are currently pursuing a degree or a master’s for our paid internship program.

As a Junior Business Solutions Specialist Intern you will support our Business Solutions Team in designing and developing different solutions for our clients and markets using our core product capabilities and understanding our unique selling proposition and vision.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing or a related field – this is a must; candidates who do not fulfil this requirement will not be considered.
• Experience in digital advertising & marketing: media agencies, advertising technologies, will be a plus.
• Experience in sales & client management, strong client‑facing skills will be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Interest in digital marketing and programmatic advertising.
• Former experience with programmatic advertising - platforms, such as SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges or DMPs, will be a plus.
• Advanced level of English (C2) required.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint; knowledge of design tools will be an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in project & solution designing and execution for our clients:
   • Design conceptual solutions.
   • Develop specific client projects, working from the client needs.
   • Pitch and present business solutions to our clients.
   • Evaluate ways to improve our solution stack, focusing on delivery and client satisfaction.
   • Encourage creativity and risk‑taking.
2. Supporting Partnership Management:
   • Work together with the sales team to build and enrich relationships with top clients and partners.
   • Design and implement new resources and techniques to increase engagement with clients.
3. Helping to test new products and solutions, provide recommendations based on market experience and client feedback.
