Job summary

Institut d'Investigació Biomèdica Sant Pau invites applications for a T4A Junior Higher Technician in the Cellular Immunotherapy and Gene Therapy Group. The role focuses on manufacturing CART cells under GMP standards and supporting GMP processes in a multicenter research setting.

The position requires a Higher Education degree, knowledge of two Catalan official languages or a plan to acquire them within a year, and an intermediate level of English.

Qualifications

• Higher Education degree (Bachelor's Degree, University Diploma, or equivalent).
• Two official languages of Catalonia or commitment to acquire proficiency within one year.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Intermediate level of office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manufacture CART cells in GMP-compliant facilities.
• Prepare lentiviral vectors under GMP regulations in clean room.
• Inventory control and materials mgmt per GMP standards.
• Draft GMP manufacturing protocols and records for vectors and CART cells.
• Support quality control activities including flow cytometry and qPCR.
• Prepare incident and non-conformity reports.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and calibration.
