2K Games in Madrid is seeking an entry-level Customer Success Associate I to deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, and ensuring satisfaction. This role lays the foundation for technical expertise and customer service skills.

You'll build product knowledge, participate in training, and contribute to knowledge base updates while collaborating with teammates on processes and improvements.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• CEFR C1 (Advanced) English level or higher.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other channels.
• Troubleshoot basic issues on PCs and gaming consoles, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier II or management with proper follow-up.
• Document interactions, resolutions, and feedback for knowledge sharing.
