Incus Capital in Madrid seeks a Junior Financial Controller to manage accounting, treasury, and tax compliance for Real Estate Fund SPVs. You will oversee invoicing, banking reconciliation, VAT and tax reporting, and internal controls, while supporting corporate administration.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with 3+ years accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English. Knowledge of fund structures is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administracion, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience and/or Audit experience, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
• Strong IT skills, with advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to support accounting and finance tasks, improve efficiency, and ensure responsible handling of confidential information.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of fund structures, partnership accounting, and financial reporting for alternative investments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the accounting of Real Estate Fund SPVs, including the recording of supplier invoices, issuance of client invoices, bank reconciliations, financing entries, CAPEX accounting, and other day-to-day accounting activities.
• Review and reconcile income against data sources (ERP, PMS, and related systems), investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• Manage tax compliance (VAT, WHT & CIT), treasury, and corporate administration of the SPVs.
• Design, implement, and monitor accounting controls and procedures to ensure efficient, accurate, and well-governed financial processes.
• Review and control both customer invoices issued and supplier invoices received – Working capital management (Cash).
• Process and execute supplier payments.
• Manage the SII (Immediate Supply of Information) VAT reporting process.
• Provide administrative support to the corporate team as required.
