A leading IT service provider is seeking a Finance Support professional to join their UK Finance Team remotely from Spain. Responsibilities include production of invoices, intercompany transactions, and collaboration with teams in Barcelona. Ideal candidates will have up to one year of experience in financial accounting and be fluent in English. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with SAP is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support UK's Finance Team from the SSC located in Barcelona.
• Production of invoices and contract billing.
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
• Perform dunning activities for outstanding receivables.
• Create master data like customers and contracts in SAP FI / CO / SD.
• Collaborate with UK and Barcelona teams for financial support.

💼 What You’ll Do

You’ll support our UK Finance Team from our Western European Shared Services Center (SSC) located in Barcelona, contributing to international projects in financial accounting, reporting, and business analysis.

🔹 Production of invoices (including fixed price and intercompany) and contract billing

🔹 Intercompany transactions, posting and reconciliation of IC accounts.

🔹 Dealing with IC queries during the month.

🔹 Perform dunning activities to address outstanding receivables and manage communication with clients regarding overdue payments.

🔹 Create master data like customers, projects, contracts in SAP FI / CO / SD.

🔹 Carry out daily business support requests.

🔹 Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) support.

🔹 Handle day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely recording.

🔹 Collaborate with the UK and Barcelona teams to provide financial support and analysis.

🔹 Participate in the month-end activities.

🔹 Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in financial accounting
• Fluent in English
• Well-versed in MS Office suite, especially in Excel, and ideally familiar with SAP
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized
• Experience with contract billing is a plus
• Ability to organize efficiently and work in an international team
