Titan Operating System, based in Barcelona, is seeking a Junior Finance Specialist to support senior finance leadership across financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, fundraising, M&A, and internal and external reporting.

The role focuses on execution and process rigour to ensure efficient and consistent financial activities, acting as a backbone for day-to-day operations across FP&A, strategic finance, and reporting.

Formación

• 2+ years of full-time work experience in finance or related field.
• Strong analytical background with hands-on experience in financial modelling and board/investor presentations.
• Experience collaborating with investors, advisors and internal teams.

Role overview:

The Junior Finance Specialist will support Titan’s senior finance leadership across financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, fundraising, M&A, and internal & external reporting. The role is execution- and process-focused and designed to ensure rigour, efficiency and consistency across financial processes.

This role sits at the intersection of financial analysis, strategic finance support and operational finance, acting as a backbone for day-to-day financial activities.

Key responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Own the 3-statement financial model, and adjust and expand the model infrastructure as the business evolves over time
• Support the processes for forecasting, budgeting and scenario analyses, and allow for data-driven decision-making by preparing analyses on performance, growth initiatives, and runway
• Assist with the Budget vs. Actual (BvA) analysis, meeting with internal stakeholders periodically to solicit input and discuss variances, as well as identify initiatives to offset and/or mitigate any overspend

Strategic Finance Support

• Support fundraising, M&A, and other strategic finance-related matters and assist in financial due diligence for VC, growth equity and M&A transactions.
• Prepare analyses, summaries and documentation to support funding, investment, and/or M&A decisions.
• Coordinate monthly & quarterly Board, Shareholder and Investor information requests.

Reporting & Metrics

• Prepare periodic financial reports, KPIs and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Support reporting to external stakeholders when required.
• Improve processes and systems with repeatable and scalable workflows.

• Strong analytical background with hands-on experience in financial modelling and Board & Investor presentations
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders (investors, advisors, internal teams)
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, ensuring high-quality deliverables under tight timelines
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and reduce operational burden on senior team members

Nice to have:

• Background in consulting or investment banking/transaction advisory
• Previous exposure to VC, growth equity or M&A transactions
• Experience in start-ups and building out processes and implementing systems
• Familiarity with financial systems and tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, NetSuite, BI / reporting tools)
