Td Synnex in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a recent graduate or early-career finance professional to join a multinational finance team. The role covers accounts payable, vendor receivables and general accounting, with exposure to month-end processes and process improvements.

You will work with experienced colleagues in an international environment, contribute to accurate processing and timely reporting, and develop your career in finance within a leading tech distributor.

Formación

• Recent graduate or early-career professional in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a finance career.
• Able to work in an international, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily financial operations within Accounts Payable, Vendor Receivables, or Accounting teams
• Process and maintain financial transactions accurately and on time
• Assist with invoice processing, account reconciliations, and payment activities
• Monitor outstanding balances and resolve financial discrepancies
• Maintain compliance with company policies in financial records
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting
• Prepare and maintain documentation and financial data in company systems
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team projects
