Veolia Water Technologies Getxo seeks a Junior Field Service Engineer to join the Operations team. You will be responsible for commissioning, startup, and on-site support across Veolia equipment, with close collaboration to design and engineering groups.

Requirements include a Chemical or Mechanical Engineering background with ~2 years in projects, fluent English and Spanish, and willingness to travel internationally (3–4 weeks per trip, ~5 months per year).

Formación

• Do you have an educational background in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with around 2 years experience in Engineering Projects.
• Do you have a high level of English and Spanish?
• Are you available to travel internationally for long periods of time (3-4 weeks per travel, and around 5 months out per year)?

Responsabilidades

• Commissioning and start up of new equipment engineered by Veolia Systems.
• Work closely with other groups during design, engineering, construction, and startup to meet customer needs.
• Troubleshooting and inspecting existing equipment and conducting on-site training with operating, maintenance and management personnel.
• Evaluating evaporator and crystallizer systems for increasing capacity and reliability.
• Support continuous improvement of field service activities and projects.
