Job summary

FeverUp in Madrid is seeking a proactive project manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of major live events. You will lead cross-functional coordination from contract signing to event close, ensuring timely delivery and clear documentation.

You will serve as the primary contact among organizers and internal teams, working with product/engineering to prioritize requirements and maintain Q&A. A hybrid Madrid setup is available, with English and German language requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Not a pure events role, but events experience is a plus.
• Fluent level of English and German, other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of big events from contract signing to closing.
• Be the main point of contact between stakeholders, including event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery and accountability.
