Job summary

Fever in Madrid is seeking a Project Manager to collaborate with global teams, develop and manage a portfolio of Original experiences, and scale events across markets. You will own strategic planning and reporting for key experiences, working with Marketing, Operations, and partners in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in project management or events, fluent English and Spanish, strong analytics, negotiations, and a proactive, hands-on approach to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or events management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and parallel workstreams.
• Solution-focused with negotiation and networking skills; proactive and comfortable pitching to partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with worldwide teams to develop, launch and manage a portfolio of Original experiences from A to Z.
• Define how to scale events to all markets and coordinate with multiple departments.
