Responsibilities

• Support the definition and optimization of ESG data collection, organization and standardization processes across portfolio assets.
• Assess the quality and consistency of data from vendors, property managers and technical teams; propose improvements.
• Collaborate with data platform providers (e.g. Deepki) to ensure correct functioning.
• Prepare ESG reporting (GRESB, EPRA sBPR, investor reports); track deadlines and coordinate information delivery.
• Consolidate and analyze data for dashboards and reports.
• Assist with implementation and improvement of data control and monitoring tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual data collection processes; maintain Excel/Power BI tools.
• Collaborate with Sustainability, Property Management and Technical teams to ensure data availability.
