Gleeds is seeking an environmental professional to join our Advisory Team, supporting Environmental Due Diligence (EDD), ESG Due Diligence and Sustainability Consultancy for Construction and Real Estate assets. You will deliver sustainability advisory services, write clear technical reports, and liaise with authorities as needed.

We require 1–2 years in environmental consulting, strong English and Spanish, a driving license, and willingness to travel across Spain and Portugal.

Formación

• Experience preparing environmental reports and technical documentation.
• Proven experience in environmental consulting or due diligence.
• Knowledge of EU and national environmental legislation is essential.
• Desirable knowledge of carbon footprint, LCA, and sustainability certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Support sustainability advisory services including environmental due diligence and climate risk analysis.
• Produce clear reports evaluating environmental constraints and risks.
• Review environmental information and relevant legislation.
• Establish contact with environmental authorities when required.
• Conduct on-site audits of properties to identify liabilities and risks.
• Prepare reports in English and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to deliver integrated assessments.
