Destinus in Madrid is seeking a junior electronics engineer to work alongside senior engineers on defense UAV programs, learning how real hardware comes together through hands-on involvement and structured guidance.

You will assist in integrating subsystems, perform tests, analyze data, and document results while collaborating with software, mechanical and test engineers to ensure smooth system integration and a clear path toward becoming a system engineer.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with ability to work in technical environments.
• Willingness to learn quickly and grow into system engineering roles.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior engineers in day-to-day electronic and system activities across programs.
• Assist integration of electronic subsystems into aerospace systems.
• Participate in test preparation, setup of hardware and instrumentation.
• Provide hands-on support during testing, including execution and troubleshooting.
• Collect, organize, and analyze test data for engineering evaluations.
• Identify issues during testing and collaborate on root-cause investigations.
• Create, update and maintain technical documentation and test reports.
• Support continuous improvement of engineering and testing processes.
• Coordinate with software, mechanical, and test engineers for system integration.
• Gradually take ownership of tasks and subsystems as knowledge grows.
• Learn system engineering principles through project exposure with a growth path.
