Strativ Group in Madrid is seeking a UAV Avionics and Systems Integration Engineer to own the integration between avionics, sensors, communications, power distribution and flight-control systems. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, develop system-level test plans and support ground and flight-testing campaigns.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, electrical, mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in UAV, aircraft or aerospace systems engineering.
• Practical knowledge of avionics, sensors, electrical systems, signal routing and power distribution.
• Experience integrating complex hardware and software subsystems.
• Understanding UAV airframes, propulsion and flight-control architecture.
• Experience supporting aircraft assembly, integration, testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing test plans and conducting system-level verification and validation.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate avionics, sensors, communications, propulsion, power distribution, flight controls and payload systems.
• Define electrical connections, signal routing and power‑distribution requirements.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, aerospace and software engineers to establish technical requirements and interface specifications.
• Support the physical assembly and integration of aircraft components and subsystems.
• Create detailed work instructions for assembly, integration and testing activities.
• Document tooling requirements, safety precautions and quality checkpoints.
• Develop system‑level test plans and validation procedures.
• Conduct functional, integration and environmental testing.
• Analyse test results and recommend design improvements.
• Support ground and flight‑testing campaigns for UAV platforms.
• Maintain accurate system specifications, architecture documents, wiring diagrams, test reports and technical records.

Key Responsibilities

• They are looking for a UAV Avionics and Systems Integration Engineer to take ownership of the integration between avionics, sensors, communications, power distribution, flight‑control systems and wider aircraft subsystems.
• Integrate avionics, sensors, communications, propulsion, power distribution, flight controls and payload systems.
