Click&Boat in Barcelona is seeking Junior Business Developers to join our Supply crew and drive the opening to the American market. You will onboard new American partners, assist with their boat listings, and demonstrate how the platform works.

You will conduct market research, prospect cold leads in the US boating landscape, and participate in BU weekly/monthly presentations, with a flexible remote policy and a central Barcelona office.

Formación

• Fluent in English is required for communicating with American boat owners.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Comfortable on the phone and with a proactive, commercial mindset.
• Must be a team player who can take initiative and drive user satisfaction.
• Interest in startup environments and willingness to share ideas to improve services.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new American partners registering on Click&Boat and assist with creating boat listings (ads, photos, etc.).
• Carry out market research and prospect cold leads in the US boating landscape.
• Participate actively in BU weekly/monthly presentations.
