Job summary

IDOM in Bilbao is seeking a Junior BIM Modeler to join our team. The role focuses on building projects, with emphasis on BIM modeling and CAD skills, and a path to grow within a multidisciplinary environment.

You’ll participate in early project phases, learn state-of-the-art BIM workflows, and contribute to national and international projects while developing your professional skills in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical diploma or relevant bachelor's degree required.
• Strong academic record and motivation to learn.
• Proficiency in BIM (Revit) and CAD tools.
• English level at least B1, certified or demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development phases of complex building projects (stadiums, airports, offices).
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment on national and international projects.
• Learn and apply new BIM tools and workflows.

About the Position

From our Bilbao office, we're looking to hire a technically trained individual with a curious mind and a strong desire to grow as a JUNIOR BIM Modeler, working on building projects.

What we expect from you:

• Advanced Technical Diploma in Building Projects, or a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Building Engineering.
• Strong academic record
• High proficiency in BIM (Revit) and CAD.
• Certified intermediate level of English (minimum B1).
• A strong desire to learn and develop your skills within a highly qualified team.
• Ability to learn independently and motivation to stay up to date in a rapidly evolving field.
• A proactive mindset, technical curiosity, and a willingness to experiment with new tools.
• Ability o work as part of a team, communicate ideas, and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.

We will also value:

• Any exposure to, interest in, or practical experience with any of the following:
• Previous professional experience in the development of building projects.
• Project development in French and/or experience working in France
• Master's degree in BIM
