IDOM Incorporated is seeking a Junior BIM Modeler to join our Bilbao office. You will contribute to building projects with a strong technical foundation, a passion for learning, and the drive to grow in a rapidly evolving field.

You’ll join a qualified team, work on real-world solutions, and progressively develop into a leading professional in building project development, collaborating across teams and projects both in Spain and abroad.

Formación

• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Strong academic record.
• High proficiency in BIM (Revit) and CAD.
• English at least B1 level.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the development phases of highly complex building projects.
• Work in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment on national and international projects.

From our Bilbao office, we’re looking to hire a technically trained individual with a curious mind and a strong desire to grow as a JUNIOR BIM Modeler, working on building projects.

We’re looking for a professional at the start of their career, with a strong technical foundation, a passion for learning, and the motivation to develop their skills in a rapidly evolving field. What we expect from you:

• Advanced Technical Diploma in Building Projects, or a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Building Engineering.
• Strong academic record.
• High proficiency in BIM (Revit) and CAD.
• Certified intermediate level of English (minimum B1).
• A strong desire to learn and develop your skills within a highly qualified team.
• Ability to learn independently and motivation to stay up to date in a rapidly evolving field.
• A proactive mindset, technical curiosity, and a willingness to experiment with new tools.
• Ability to work as part of a team, communicate ideas, and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.

We will also value:

• Any exposure to, interest in, or practical experience with any of the following:
• Previous professional experience in the development of building projects.
• Project development in French and/or experience working in France.
• Master’s degree in BIM.

• You’ll participate in the development phases of highly complex building projects, such as stadiums, arenas, hospitals, R&D centers, office buildings, metro and rail stations, airports, and hotels.
• You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment, with opportunities to participate in national and international projects.
