Junior Automation & AI analyst

We are seeking a motivated Automation & AI specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in process automation and understanding of AI fundamentals, who want to grow towards building conversational agents, build E2E automation flows and applying LLMs to understand and categorize information.

You will work closely with the Data Analytics team and Business Units to deliver solutions with tangible impact. The role offers exposure to scalable initiatives that combine automation, productivity, and AI technologies, as part of our Automation & AI Center of Excellence.

What are you going to do in Allianz?

• Identify high-impact automation and AI opportunities by analyzing processes and data in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Participate in building E2E automation flows, integrating systems via APIs, and support the deployment of AI-enhanced automation solutions.
• Apply LLMs for semantic understanding, classification, and categorization of information to enhance automation and decision-making.
• Exposure to RAG and conversational AI technologies using platforms such as Cognigy, AWS Bedrock or Azure Open AI.
• Contribute to project delivery, including testing, deployment, monitoring, and driving user adoption.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with IT / Data Governance and maximize business impact.

What does Allianz need from you?

• University degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Good level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, automation, or AI-related roles.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and system integration.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and LLM-based applications (academic or professional).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Proven experience on Power Platform is a plus.
• Proven experience on Cognigy, AWS Bedrock, Azure Open AI is a plus.
