IDOM busca un Arquitecto Técnico o Ingeniero de Edificación para unirse a su área de edificios en Bilbao. Participarás en fases de proyecto, supervisión y ejecución de obras en entornos complejos como estadios, hospitales y aeropuertos, con proyección a proyectos nacionales e internacionales.

Se valoran conocimientos en BIM (Revit), CAD, MS Project y herramientas de modelado. Puedes crecer profesionalmente en un entorno multicultural, con posibilidad de desarrollo de carrera y mayor

Formación

• Se valorará haber estudiado Ingeniería de Edificación o Arquitectura Técnica con buen expediente académico.
• Se valorará Máster en Dirección de Proyectos, BIM o Gestión de la Construcción.
• Conocimiento de BIM (Revit), CAD, MS Project, Presto y/o CYPE Arquímedes.
• Conocimiento de Revit-BIM y software de diseño/conceptualización (Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape).
• Se busca persona con enfoque técnico, capaz de trabajar en equipo y con buen nivel de inglés.
• Se valora capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y atraído por una empresa multinacional como IDOM.

Responsabilidades

• Participarás en las etapas de proyecto y supervisión de la ejecución de obras en proyectos complejos (estadios, hospitales, infraestructuras).
• Colaborar en entornos multidisciplinares y aplicar BIM y buenas prácticas técnicas.
• Apoyar la gestión de proyectos y desarrollo de soluciones innovadoras para clientes internacionales.
• Contribuir al crecimiento profesional dentro de IDOM y asumir mayor responsabilidad con el tiempo.

ABOUT THE JOB

Technical Architect or Building Engineer for our Buildings Area at our Bilbao offices. You will participate in the project stages, as well as in the supervision and management of construction execution, for highly complex building projects such as stadiums, arenas, hospitals, R&D centers, office buildings, metro and railway stations, airports, and hotels. ABOUT YOU

Apply if you…

• Have studied Building Engineering or Technical Architecture and have a strong academic record.
• A Master’s degree in Project Management, BIM, or Construction Management will be valued.
• You ou have knowledge of BIM (Revit), CAD, MS Project, Presto and/or CYPE Arquímedes.
• You have knowledge of Revit-BIM.
• You are proficient in design and conceptualisation software, such as Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and Adobe ºapplications including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Are a team player with technical excellence.

• Can work independently with a flair for an advanced level of English.
