LDFLstudio in Mallorca is seeking a part-time Junior Architect to join the Palma team. The role blends in-studio work with some work-from-home flexibility, supporting concept development, drawings, and 3D models under supervision.

You will assist with design presentations, update plans and documentation, and coordinate basic project information while collaborating with senior architects to integrate technical solutions and maintain project files.

Formación

• Degree or current study in Architecture or related field.
• Experience with CAD/BIM and 3D modeling is desirable.

Role Description

This part-time Junior Architect role is a hybrid position based in Palma, with a mix of in-studio work and some work-from-home flexibility. On a day-to-day basis, the Junior Architect supports project teams with concept development, preparation of drawings and 3D models, and refinement of architectural and interior design details. Responsibilities include assisting with design presentations, updating plans and documentation, coordinating basic project information, and contributing to integration of technical solutions under supervision. The role also involves collaborating with senior architects, communicating with internal and external stakeholders when needed, and maintaining accurate project files and timelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Software Development and Integration, particularly for design and documentation workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including organization, planning, and coordination of tasks.
• Proficiency in relevant design and documentation tools (e.g., CAD/BIM software, 3D modeling, graphic design tools) is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow design direction, and willingness to learn from feedback are expected.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team are important.
• A degree or ongoing studies in Architecture or a closely related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and interest in interior design are advantageous.
