Job summary

Applus+ is seeking a Junior Analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team, offering exposure to budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis directly affecting senior leadership and private equity investors.

You will work with a small, high-performing team of former consultants and Big Four professionals, gaining a 360 view of a multinational through finance, strategy, operations and investor relations. This is a permanent, full-time role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• No prior experience required; up to 2 years in consulting, audit, banking or FP&A is a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; SAP, SAP BPC and Power BI are advantageous.
• Curious, autonomous and eager to learn, with interest in AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Join Corporate FP&A and contribute analysis to Group CEO, CFO and private equity investors.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reviews.
• Analyze performance by division and country, explaining key drivers.
• Prepare materials for the Executive Committee, Board and investors.
• Support strategic projects including business cases, M&A integrations, profitability reviews and efficiency plans.
• Help improve processes and tools, including leveraging AI to gain efficiencies.

We are looking for a Junior Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. We are a small, high-performing and highly visible team of former consultants and Big Four professionals. We work directly with the CEO, the CFO and the private equity investors who own the Group.

What you will do

• Be part of the Group's Corporate Finance team, providing analysis and insights that feed directly into the Group Management (Group CEO and CFO) and our private equity shareholders' decisions.
• Take part in the Group's budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance review.
• Analyse business performance by division and country, explaining the key drivers behind the numbers.
• Prepare materials for the Executive Committee, the Board and investors.
• Support strategic projects: business cases, M&A integrations, profitability reviews and efficiency plans.
• Help us work smarter by improving processes and tools, including the use of AI.

What we are looking for

• No prior experience required. Up to 2 years in consulting, audit, banking or FP&A is a plus, but not a must.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP, SAP BPC and Power BI are a plus.
