Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe is seeking a Quality Configuration & Conformity Engineer to join the QCC Team, owning product configuration, conformity, and airworthiness throughout the lifecycle from manufacturing to delivery and maintenance.

The role emphasizes serving as the primary interface with civil and military aviation authorities, managing change control, driving NCRs, and monitoring KPIs to sustain and improve the QMS. Hybrid work model where possible.

Formación

• Education: Aeronautical, Quality, or Industrial Engineering degree, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, or Airworthiness in aerospace.
• Soft skills: adaptable, proactive, customer-centric.
• Languages: Advanced level in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Technical knowledge: airworthiness regs (EASA, DEMAR, DOA, POA, MOA), QMS and product config lifecycle processes.
• Nice to have: interfacing with aviation authorities or military/civil delivery centers.

Responsabilidades

• Verify product configuration, track deviations, and release official airworthiness compliance documentation (EASA/DEMAR Forms, Mil. CoC, EASA Form 1, NQAR delegation, flight permits).
• Act as primary quality interface for internal departments, customers, and civil/military authorities regarding Organization Approvals (DOA, POA, MOA) and compliance.
• Support end-to-end customer handover at Customer Centers or customer sites and feed back into quality improvements.
• Manage Change Control Process and Configuration Baseline evolution by evaluating new inputs and impacts.
• Drive NCRs from initiation through root cause analysis to final resolution and recurrence prevention.
• Establish, monitor and evaluate quality KPIs to support business dialogues and evolve QMS documentation.
