Accenture is seeking experienced Software professionals at Team Lead to Manager level to join a cutting-edge AI project. The role is based in Madrid or Barcelona in a hybrid model, with residence in Spain required.

You will design and develop microservices using Java/Spring Boot or Python/FastAPI, lead cloud-native implementations in AWS, and mentor teams to deliver AI-enabled backend services. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in software development, strong microservices experience, and fluency

Formación

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot or Python/FastAPI.

• Experience in technical leadership roles (team lead or manager).

• Native Spanish level.

Overview

We are looking for experienced Software professionals at Team Lead to Manager level to join a cutting-edge project focused on Artificial Intelligence. You will be part of a high-performing team working on scalable, cloud-native architectures, contributing to the design and development of modern applications with a strong focus on microservices and AI-driven solutions.

The role is based in Madrid or Barcelona in a hybrid working model, combining remote work with time in the office to collaborate with your team. It is mandatory to reside in Spain and have a valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices-based architectures using Java with Spring Boot or Python with FastAPI, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Lead technical implementation of cloud-native applications deployed in AWS environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into backend services and data workflows.
• Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.

Nice to have

Nice to have knowledge and experience in the use of generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to the workplace, in line with Accenture’s commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.

What you need to succeed

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software development.
• Experience with at least one of the following stacks:
  • Java with Spring Boot and microservices architecture (experience level not specified).
  • Python with FastAPI and microservices architecture (experience level not specified).
• Experience working with microservices-based architectures (experience level not specified).
• Experience in technical leadership roles (team lead or manager level, experience level not specified).
• English level B2 or higher.
