Job description

OneForma is seeking contributors for Project Rubric, a remote opportunity to support the training of Generative AI models. This project involves evaluating prompts and AI-generated responses by creating and refining rubrics that define high-quality outputs.

Purpose

Contributors will help define the criteria that guide AI models to produce clear, relevant, and useful responses. Your insights will directly influence how AI understands and responds to user input.

Location

Remote work opportunity (please note the list of excluded countries below).

How it Works

If selected, you will be provided with prompts and AI-generated responses. Your task will be to assess these responses and help shape or refine rubrics used to evaluate their quality.

Main Requirements

• Native speaker of one of the following languages: Farsi (Persian)
• Fluent in English
• Excellent analytical, logical, and creative thinking skills
• Familiarity with Generative AI systems is an advantage
• Must not reside in the following countries: Afghanistan, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Iran, Iraq, Mexico, North Korea, Panama, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine (Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk), United Kingdom, Venezuela, or Yemen.

Compensation
