SAP Digital Hub Barcelona is hiring a Digital Solution Advisor to drive Cloud ERP and Digital Supply Chain initiatives across BeNeLux, Nordic, and UKI markets from Barcelona. You will align SAP capabilities with customer strategies and craft executive-ready proposals.

English at C1 is essential; Dutch or Nordic language skills are preferred. You should have 2+ years of presales experience, strong SAP ERP/S4HANA knowledge, and proven global collaboration.

Job Location

Preferred in Madrid Area, but Barcelona is acceptable with some additional traveling.

Your Impact

• Build compelling business cases that combine financial data with AI strategies to help clients get the most from their investments.
• Lead discussions with C-suite stakeholders to explain how our technology supports their business goals.
• Orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a consistent experience for our customers.
• Adapt our global AI and data strategy to fit the unique business cultures of the Spanish and Italian markets.
• Lead initiatives to influence industry trends and elevate our advisory brand.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transformation, management consulting, or value selling.
• Background in technology-led advisory and change leadership.
• Fluency in English.
• Native or professional proficiency in Spanish or Italian.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building complex financial models for ROI.
• Proficiency in facilitating design-thinking workshops.
• Ability to craft executive-level narratives and use visual storytelling.
• Interest in the impact of AI on business models and AI-integrated operations.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments to drive investment consensus.
