About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will take ownership of the strategic direction and long‑term success of the company’s product portfolio. This role is central to defining product vision, identifying growth opportunities, and leading cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful, customer‑centric solutions. The ideal candidate will combine a strong technical foundation—particularly in AI or automation technologies—with a data‑informed, market‑oriented approach to decision‑making.

You’ll be responsible for shaping the roadmap, leading go‑to‑market strategies in partnership with Sales and Marketing, and ensuring cross‑functional alignment across the organization. This position is ideal for a product leader who thrives in a dynamic SaaS environment, enjoys driving innovation, and is comfortable making strategic decisions that directly influence business outcomes.

  • Type of contract: Full-time employment agreement (via EOR company). Contractor or B2B agreement is also possible.

  • Contract location: Barcelona, Spain.

  • Years of experience required: The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company, with a background in defining and launching AI products, demonstrating progression from junior to senior roles, and preferably experience in Quality Assurance practices and working remotely.

  • Must‑have tech and business / managerial skills: To excel in this fully remote role, one must possess knowledge and experience in AI (particularly Generative AI and LLMs), demonstrate autonomy, communicate complex ideas effectively to non‑technical audiences, influence without authority, engage in proactive and evidence‑based decision‑making, exhibit curiosity, active listening, humility, and balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.

  • Nice‑to‑have skills or experience: Having experience working in or cofounding startups in the past is highly beneficial.

  • Selection process duration and steps: You will start with an HR meeting, followed by a meeting with the VP of Engineering, then a technical assessment (lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour), a quick review of the exercise, and finally, a concluding interview.

What will you do

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Develop and execute long‑term product strategies that align with company objectives.

  • Identify emerging market trends and new product opportunities to drive growth and differentiation.

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision that inspires internal teams and resonates with customers.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for new launches.

Leadership & Cross‑functional Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor product managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, high‑impact initiatives.

  • Foster collaboration with Engineering, ensuring strong alignment and trust in product development.

  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Marketing to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Stakeholder & Executive Communication

  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership and cross‑department stakeholders.

  • Present product strategies, progress updates, and business impact analyses to executive teams.

  • Act as a key decision‑maker in product feature prioritization and initiative approvals.

Market Research & Product Innovation

  • Conduct deep market and competitive research to inform long‑term product direction.

  • Leverage analytics, business intelligence, and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of AI‑driven trends and technologies shaping the SaaS and automation landscape.

High‑Impact Delivery

  • Oversee the planning, development, and launch of major product features and releases.

  • Manage product lifecycles, ensuring scalability, usability, and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Measure success through metrics tied to product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Ideally you bring

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company.

  • Proven success in defining and launching AI‑powered products or features.

  • A track record of progression from mid‑level to senior product roles.

  • Background or familiarity with Quality Assurance practices is a plus.

  • Prior experience working remotely in distributed teams.
