Jobgether is seeking a Java Gen AI Engineer based in Spain to design and implement production-ready AI solutions that integrate with existing systems. You will work on agentic workflows, AI toolchains, and cloud-based AI services, collaborating with distributed teams across time zones.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, scalability, and practical execution of Generative AI initiatives in a fast-changing environment.

Formación

• At least 1 year of hands-on AI engineering experience with LLMs, AI tools, or applied AI systems.
• Strong Java engineering capabilities.
• Experience deploying real-world AI solutions, not just theory.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and cloud AI services.
• Experience with AI-enabled web interfaces (Open WebUI or similar).
• Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Translate Generative AI concepts into scalable production implementations.
• Develop AI engineering solutions with LLMs, AI tools, and intelligent workflows.
• Contribute to agentic workflows and performance engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and offshore teams to deliver AI initiatives.
• Identify gaps in AI expertise and support knowledge sharing.
