UST España & Latam busca un desarrollador Java con foco en IA para análisis de código. Se valorará experiencia en Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, Oracle, APIs y microservicios, y uso de herramientas de IA como GitHub Copilot o Devin.

Formación

• Necesario mínimo 3 años como desarrollador en Java, Spring Boot y microservicios.
• Conocimiento de Oracle y JDBC.
• Experiencia con herramientas de IA para desarrollo (GitHub Copilot, Devin).

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar especificaciones y componentes para operación y evolución de sistemas.
• Documentar soluciones en JIRA, Confluence, ALM.
• Analizar y revisar apps Java/Spring Boot para calidad, escalabilidad y deuda técnica.
• Utilizar herramientas IA para acelerar análisis y documentación.
• Colaborar con equipos para identificar cuellos de botella y proponer mejoras.
• Apoyar prácticas de CI/CD y procesos de entrega continua.
• Gestión de solicitudes a equipos de soporte de producción.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an AI-Assisted Code Analyst with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, Oracle, APIs, and Microservices, as well as hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Devin. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving code quality, reducing technical debt, and optimizing application performance in a collaborative environment.

This is a 100% remote position based in Spain.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Develop the required specifications, through the delivery of services and technical components required for its operation with a view of your own development and its integration with other teams and systems.
• Document the solutions in JIRA, Confluence, ALM.
• Analyze and review Java and Spring Boot-based applications to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability, and reduce technical debt.
• Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Devin) to accelerate code analysis, refactoring, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify performance bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Support the implementation of best practices in backend and frontend development.
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes.
• Manage requests to other production support teams.

What do we expect from you?

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer in the required areas is required.

• Knowledge and experience in AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Devin).
• Java, Springboot, APIs, Microservices.
• Java Database Connectivity (JDBC).
• J2EE.
• Javascript.
• Maven.
• JADE (nodejs).
• HTML.
• BBDD Oracle.
• CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
• High experience in cybersecurity & Quality (Fortify, SonarQube...) to resolve and reduce technical debt.
• English (MINIMUN LEVEL B1, ideally B2).
