A leading healthcare technology company is seeking a HelpLine Application Support Specialist in Madrid. This role focuses on providing technical and application support for IVD instruments and reagents, collaborating with sales and field application teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, strong customer support skills, and fluency in Spanish. Occasional travel within Spain is required for training and customer visits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or Health Sciences (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Molecular Biology methods, including DNA/RNA purification.
• Fluency in Spanish; additional local languages are a plus.
• Proven customer support and telephone skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific and technical support on IVD instruments and reagents.
• Refer issues to FSE or FAS when on-site action is needed.
• Support the Sales Department with scientific and technical input.
• Attend scientific and technical training sessions.
• Engage customers and build long-term trust through communication.
