Job summary

Ubique Systems is seeking an ITOM Governance, ITSM & Platform Delivery Specialist to design and implement IT processes, governance frameworks, and service management practices for a platform-centric operating model. The role translates the operating model into operational workflows, KPIs, and RACI matrices, while shaping governance charters and interfaces with vendors and internal platform teams.

Responsible for role profiling, skill mapping, and creating blueprints for platform and service

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in ITSM, IT Operating Model execution, or IT Governance advisory within global enterprises or consultancies.
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation/Managing Professional, Safe Certified (CSM/POPM), TBMA, or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• Platform & Service Management: ITSM workflows (ServiceNow), Service Catalog/Portfolio Management, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, or Industrial Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Process & ITSM Maturity Assessment: assess As-Is ITSM and governance processes, identify friction points and optimization levers.
• Platform Delivery Model Setup: design WoW for platform teams, including release management, demand management, incident/workflows, and cross-platform integration.
• Governance Charters & Scorecards: establish charter documents for governance boards and define KPI/scorecard tracking metrics.
• Shared Services & Sourcing Interface: support setup of shared service centres and define interfaces between internal platform teams and vendors.
• Role Profiling & JDs: draft JDs, skill requirements, and RACI for new platform and operational roles.
• Target ITSM / Service Delivery Process Designs & Workflow Blueprints
• Platform-Level RACI & WoW Manual
• IT Governance Charter, Board Structures & Scorecards
• Role Profiles, Job Descriptions, and Skill Mapping Matrices
