Alfanar Energía in Madrid is seeking a Project Manager to drive Italian renewable energy project developments, permitting, and land acquisition.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage co-development contracts, and liaise with public authorities and grid operators to ensure compliant, on-time delivery.

The role requires Italian native fluency, strong English and Spanish, and willingness to travel to Italy; a permanent contract is offered.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Environmental, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years leading project developments in Italian renewables.
• Experience evaluating territorial planning tools and authorization laws.
• Knowledge of grid connection legislation and procedures (TICA, STMG, STMD, Sharing Agreements).
• Strong intercultural and communication skills.
• Proactive with ability to identify new opportunities and good contacts.
• Fluent Italian; working proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and permitting activities for Italian renewable energy projects.
• Originate new opportunities and add projects to the portfolio.
• Coordinate co-development contracts with external developers or engineering firms.
• Manage relationships with authorities, landowners, and grid operators.
• Ensure timely, budget-friendly project delivery and proper documentation.
