VORN IBERIA S.L. seeks an in-house Legal Counsel to shape and negotiate the foundations of our renewable energy projects in Spain, providing pragmatic legal guidance and supporting permitting and regulatory workflows.

You will lead negotiations with private counterparties, lenders and public authorities, acting as the go-to legal partner for our Spanish team and contributing to our international legal function.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Law.
• Several years of experience in-house or in a leading law firm.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing business contracts (procurement, construction, services, project finance).
• Native-level Spanish and excellent English (written and spoken).
• Solution-oriented, commercially minded and collaborative in international teams.
