ENCAVIS seeks a Legal Counsel – Energy Sales Contracts, based in Madrid or Milan, to draft and negotiate energy sale contracts across Europe. You will provide legal guidance through origination, tender and execution phases, collaborate with investment, risk and financing teams, and support regulatory monitoring.

Requires a law degree with honors and at least five years of renewable energy law experience; fluent in English and Italian or Spanish; offers international exposure and career

Formación

• Law degree with honors in Italy or Spain, fully qualified to practice law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex energy contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and negotiate complex Power Purchase Agreements and related energy contracts across European markets.
• Provide legal guidance through origination, tender and execution phases to support commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with PPA Origination, Investment, Project Finance, Energy Risk Management and Portfolio Management teams.
