Revolut is seeking a New Business Account Executive for the Italian-speaking segment focused on Malta Market/Spain (Santander, Cantabria). You will identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and drive deals from prospecting to activation, owning the end-to-end process and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will build and manage your own pipeline, balance prospecting and closing, and collaborate with internal teams to showcase Revolut Business solutions and case studies.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Italian required.
• 1+ years of commercial experience, especially outbound sales and prospecting.
• Excellent communication skills over the phone.
• Ambition to build a career in a high-performing sales culture.
• Proven determination and accountability in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to assist beyond core duties to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Curiosity and data-driven learner in a dynamic, collaborative setup.
• Strong time-management and organizational capabilities for juggling multiple stages.

Responsabilidades

• Outreaching prospects across multiple touchpoints and channels, with emphasis on cold-calling.
• Developing and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy.
• Building and managing your pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management.
• Liaising with Revolut internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Balancing time between prospecting, closing, and upsell activities.
• Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and convey value.
• Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business and its offerings.
