TP in Barcelona is hiring a Google Ads Sales Executive to drive growth in the Italian market. You will onboard new clients, reduce churn, and upsell campaigns while delivering high-performing PPC strategies in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role is full-time, hybrid in Barcelona, requiring Italian (C1-C2) and English (C1), plus 1+ years of sales experience. Relocation support, private health insurance, and NIE assistance are offered to help you settle in.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Italian language at C1–C2 and English at C1.
• 1+ years proven sales or marketing experience.
• Experience using AI tools to tailor outreach and improve CRM.
• Strong understanding of Italian market etiquette and GDPR awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and act as trusted advisor for PPC campaigns.
• Drive revenue growth through outbound calls and upsell.
• Engage with the Italian market to identify needs and opportunities.
• Manage a high volume of accounts with accurate data in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Cultivate long-term relationships and provide timely support.
• Adapt strategies to changing client priorities and deliver quality service.
