Job summary

Blu in Barcelona seeks a Content Creator & Video Host to become the on-camera face of the brand, making AI accessible and entertaining for SMBs. You will drive community growth and direct conversions through compelling storytelling.

You will produce short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram, develop creative concepts for professionals like hairdressers, plumbers, and dentists, and work with the Creative Strategist to maximize organic and paid impact.

Qualifications

• Native level Italian and strong, professional command of English.
• Proven natural presence and charisma on camera.
• Genuine interest in AI tools, automation, and emerging tech trends.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels formats, pacing, and viral hooks.

Responsibilities

• Produce engaging, short-form video content regularly for TikTok and Instagram focused on AI, automation, and core products.
• Develop creative video concepts and formats tailored to small business owners such as hairdressers, plumbers, and dentists.
• Partner closely with the Creative Strategist to build high-performing organic and performance content.
• Balance entertaining storytelling with direct conversion drivers to scale brand presence and inbound adoption.
• Iterate rapidly on content based on performance metrics and community feedback.
