About the role

Join our four-person, AI-first email marketing startup in Barcelona to create, film, and edit funny short-form videos about startup life and useful B2B software ideas. Full-time; $70,000 USD gross per year.

You'll work directly with our team, turning real moments from building Migma into reels people want to share. You'll also make our AI email product understandable and entertaining for marketers and founders. This is a hands-on creator role, with room to shape our voice and try ideas quickly.

What we're looking for

• Examples of short videos you conceived, filmed, or edited; personal or student projects count
• Comfortable collaborating on camera and giving others direction
• Curiosity about startups, AI, and B2B software; prior SaaS experience is welcome but not required
