Job summary

Blu is seeking a Content Creator & Video Host to become the on-screen face of our AI-powered brand across Europe. You will drive community growth and direct conversions by producing engaging TikTok and Instagram content, tailored to small business audiences, and by partnering with our Creative Strategist to craft high-performing formats.

The role requires native Dutch and strong English, charisma on camera, and a genuine passion for AI and emerging tech trends.

• Proven natural presence and charisma in front of the camera, with the ability to host and entertain.
• Genuine interest and enthusiasm for AI tools, automation, and emerging tech trends.

Responsibilities

• Produce engaging, short-form video content regularly for TikTok and Instagram focused on AI, automation, and core products.
• Develop creative video concepts and formats tailored to small business owners such as hairdressers, plumbers, and dentists.
• Partner closely with the Creative Strategist to build high-performing organic and performance content.
• Balance entertaining storytelling with direct conversion drivers to scale brand presence and inbound adoption.
• Iterate rapidly on content based on performance metrics and community feedback.

• Salary: €45,000–€60,000 + equity
• Languages: Dutch (native level), English (good working level)
• Anything else: Full-time, lunch and dinner covered, equipment of your choice

Scaling rapidly to 17 MIL ARR, the company already supports over 16,000 customers and is actively expanding its product suite internationally. You will join an agile, ownership-driven environment that values direct communication, high execution speed, and zero bureaucracy.

You will be the primary on-camera face of the brand, making AI accessible and exciting while driving both community growth and direct conversions.
