EY in Spain seeks a Change Management professional to guide transformation efforts and support client projects focusing on digitalization and organizational change. You will work with an international team, developing communication plans, stakeholder analyses, and training initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Change Management within consulting, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Formación

• Degree in Communication or humanities-related field.
• 1–3 years of Change Management experience in a consulting firm.
• Strong communication, collaboration and proactivity.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Problem solving and teamworking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and execution of Change Management strategies and plans aligned with client objectives (digitalization, ERP/HCM implementation, reorganizations, M&A).
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and impact assessments to understand effects on people, processes and the organization.
• Create and disseminate communication, engagement and training plans and strategies.
• Develop engaging initiatives, such as gamification, to engage stakeholders.
• Monitor effectiveness of initiatives, collecting feedback and data for improvement.
• Prepare presentations, briefing notes and strategic documents on Change Management strategies.
