EY GDS Spain, located in Malaga Technology Park, is seeking a candidate to support the HR Transformation and Technology team across client engagements. You will conduct interviews, design organizational models, and lead process improvements to drive efficiency and better workforce planning.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Italian and English, with opportunities to grow within a global delivery network.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics.
• 1–3 years of experience in organizational design or transformation, preferably in consulting firms or structured organizations.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Problem solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct client interviews and workshops to gather project information and co‑design solutions.
• Develop and implement human capital enhancement strategies to improve client organizations’ efficiency and effectiveness.
• Define and optimize operational and organizational models to support clients’ strategic objectives.
• Lead process reengineering projects to enhance business performance.
• Ensure organizational development through the analysis and design of effective organizational structures.
• Perform workforce sizing analyses to guarantee optimal resource allocation.
• Identify and manage project risks and potential issues in line with quality standards, ensuring maximum confidentiality.
• Develop organizational procedures and corporate guidelines.
• Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and strategic documents on trends in HR management and organizational models.
