Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive prompt and effective support for their inquiries. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and automated alerts, providing efficient solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the call management system, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Keep up-to-date with our services and products to better assist customers
  • Escalate any service issues to senior team members as necessary
  • Collaborate on team projects and cover for colleagues when needed
  • Participate in regular meetings and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Fulfill administrative duties, including tracking holiday and sickness records
What We’re Looking For
  • Language Proficiency: C2 or fluent in Italian, with a solid command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a technical support role
  • Technical Knowledge: Advanced understanding of signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and audiovisual products
  • Customer Focus: Excellent listening and customer care skills, with the ability to manage inquiries effectively
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of taking ownership of issues and driving them to resolution
