Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously
• Guide customers in navigating our products and services to enhance their experience
• Work collaboratively with team members to solve complex customer problems
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Identify trends and provide feedback to improve our service quality
• Engage in team initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and working knowledge of English; additional languages are advantageous
• Experience in customer service or support is a plus
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle challenges proactively
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is beneficial
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture
