Qualifications

• Experience in incident, problem, and change management in complex environments.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and service management practices.
• Hands-on with enterprise monitoring and deployment tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance, availability, stability, and improvement of the application landscape.
• Coordinate major incidents, problem management, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders regarding service health and issues.
• Coordinate L3 support and collaborate with development teams on investigations.
• Monitor applications, interfaces, jobs, and integrations for day-to-day reliability.
• Coordinate deployments and production releases using established processes.
• Coordinate disaster recovery exercises and security-related activities.
• Support database refresh, data anonymization, and non-production environment management.
