Formación

• Experience managing outsourced services based on KPIs tracking.
• Basic knowledge of operating system administration, databases, networks, and telecommunications.
• Experience in Data Science or Data Architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations of the service with technical expertise.
• Gather specifications for technological environments and validate coverage.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external providers to manage SLAs.
• Design and deploy service implementation plans and assess risks.
• Monitor support quality and SLA compliance.
