Job summary

Allianz Technology IBL seeks a Risk Officer to oversee and manage operational and technological risk within the organization. It is part of the second line of defense, ensuring identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of risks and the effectiveness of internal controls.

The role collaborates with IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and business teams, supporting risk committees and internal audits while promoting a risk-aware culture; strong English (B2) is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT/operational risk management and internal control.
• Knowledge of risk & control frameworks (COSO, COBIT, ISO).
• English level B2 minimum.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of risk management and internal control framework.
• Coordinate identification and assessment of operational and technological risks.
• Define and monitor mitigation plans and corrective actions.
• Perform control testing and evaluate design and effectiveness.
• Identify weaknesses and ensure remediation; prepare risk reports for management.
• Support risk committees and risk monitoring forums.
• Promote risk culture through training and communication.
