A global consulting firm in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end digital and eCommerce projects. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of relevant experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong background in Agile methodologies. Brief Call

Interviews

The average number of interviews is 3 – the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position. During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. ✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
  • 7–10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
  • Proven experience leading end‑to‑end eCommerce projects
  • Background in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of UX, Agile methodologies, and software project management
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English (C1 level); Spanish native is a plus
  • Based in Barcelona, with a hybrid model (2 days/week in the office)

  • Lead and deliver end‑to‑end digital and eCommerce projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Marketing, and UX teams to align goals and priorities

  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, reporting results to senior management
