WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

Must Have :

• 5+ years of project management experience in complex multinational organizations , with proven delivery of technology‑driven business applications
• Fluency in English (mandatory for stakeholder communication and documentation)
• Strong pre‑sales and negotiation skills – ability to "sell" solutions internally and drive asset adoption
• Mastery of Agile / SAFe methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills for large‑scale international environments (business units, engineers, country teams)
• Proven ability to chase stakeholders for real‑time status updates and enforce governance

Nice to Have :

• PSPO, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications
• Expertise managing end‑to‑end GenAI asset development (design, deployment, adoption) across multiple countries
• Technical background in engineering or Generative AI technologies
• Insurance industry experience (claims, underwriting, health)
• Spanish proficiency (for Barcelona‑based role)

• Lead GenAI asset delivery from design to deployment across 10+ countries, ensuring alignment with year‑end deadlines
• Generalize shared assets for cross‑business unit reuse while maintaining technical integrity
• Drive adoption through internal presales : negotiate with stakeholders, demonstrate value, and overcome resistance
• Coordinate complex workstreams with AI engineers, Product Owners, and country teams to integrate assets into existing processes
• Proactively manage risks in fast‑paced GenAI environments (e.g., model drift, data compliance, integration hurdles)
• Chase stakeholders daily for status updates and ensure governance frameworks are strictly followed
• Report transparently to senior leadership on progress, roadblocks, and ROI metrics
• Capture lessons learned to refine GenAI development processes for future initiatives
